Carlow Arts Service works in partnership with a number of local community organisations and services that supports Arts and Disability initiatives and social inclusion across the arts to promote, support and celebrate Arts and Disability in all its forms and to create access to the arts for all.
Arts and Disability Initiatives
Local authorities may run initiatives for people with disabilities to help them access and take part in the arts as artists, arts workers and audience members.
