Carlow County has a dedicated Homeless Team that provides a range of supports. If you consider that you are Homeless a PASS Form must be filled in and submitted to homeless@carlowcoco.ie or by contacting 059 9170300 or by calling to the offices or Carlow County Council, Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm.
The application will be assessed by a member of the Homeless Team who will make contact within 24 hours. To be regarded as Homeless the team will consider if the individual can provide accommodation from their own resources and has no other accommodation available that they might be reasonably expected to occupy.
Following the assessment the team will be in contact to discuss emergency/housing options and an a full assessment will be carried out.
