We realise that January can be a challenging month for us all so Carlow Mental Health Association will be in the Shaw Room of the Carlow Library each Thursday in January 2017 from 10-12 giving out information on building resilience and signposting people to the relevant mental health services that are available locally. There will be a relaxation type activity each Thursday at 11 for half an hour. No need to book just drop in.

Also as part of our agenda of reducing stigma around mental health we are supporting the Visual with the campaign “First Fortnight” by showing a film in the Visual called “ Infinitely PolarBear” on Tuesday Jan 17th at 8pm. Information stand and question and answers session will be held on that evening as well. Tickets €5 from the Visual.
